There is not turning back now. I tried to hard to paint with in the lines to find peace, rebuild, and cooperate with my ex-wife. Unfortunately, I see to much harm.I might go to jail because of Gen AI but I'll probably be the "FIRST! WOOT!"

EXIBIT C: A FATHER’S PLEA FOR CUSTODY IN A HEATED FAMILY COURT CASE

I stand before you today with a heavy heart, saddened by the dissolution of my marriage and the impact it has had on all involved. The tragedy of our situation is profound, and the consequences are far-reaching.

First and foremost, I am deeply sorry for my children. The damage caused by our divorce cannot be undone, and the high-conflict co-parenting situation we find ourselves in, exacerbated by their mother’s struggle with a personality disorder, only makes things worse. My children are the reason I am exerting a herculean effort in this court; their well-being is my utmost priority.

Secondly, I think of all the other men who have fallen victim to systemic bias, illegal actions, and unconstitutional practices within the family court system. Fathers are often unfairly labeled as "deadbeat dads" after being financially devastated by the courts, or they lose custody of their children due to issues like alcohol or drug abuse, which are often symptoms of the excessive anxiety, depression, and demoralization created by the unjust process. Having dealt with addiction before my marriage, I understand how many fathers succumb to the pain and loss of limited or no access to their children. The statistics on suicide and addiction among fathers are not an indictment of the men themselves but of a biased system that takes their children and financially ruins them.

Thirdly, I must speak about my ex-wife. I am sad to say that I know her better now than I ever did during our marriage. It is clear that she was never the woman she portrayed herself to be. Without the blinders of marriage and with no accountability to me, I have seen how her illness creates conflict and how it has seeped into the hearts and minds of our children. She is a victim of the same harm and pain, knowing no other way to live but to perpetuate the trauma she experienced. Her behavior is predictable: childlike, selfish, and ultimately harmful to our children and me.

Fourthly, I see the two opposing forces within the courts in this motion. The Chevron deference was overturned by what the media calls a biased conservative Supreme Court, contrasting with a liberal-stacked judicial system in Oakland County. This government body, which should rely on an impeccable reputation for fairness and immunity to political manipulation, has reached an impasse. Although I do not support either extreme, I know that this war directly harms my children.

Finally, as someone who had to deal with the cognitive dissonance of working to protect weapons and drones that kill children to feed my children, I empathize with the employees of the Friend of the Court and the Family Court. Like me, who faced many moral tightropes; they have likely witnessed many miscarriages of justice but "knew their place" and remained complicit for "the greater good." It is emotionally taxing.I have personally seen numerous miscarriages of justice in my case alone. It is my experience that lawyers and the courts have created a symbiotic relationship that silences citizens and gatekeeps access to justice. I had a judge disregard over 30 accusations of harm simply because I did not include the header "SHOW CAUSE" on a legal document. The content was valid, but the arguments were never given the review they deserved. I have spoken with lawyers who clearly play both sides of the litigation process and do not want fathers challenging precedents, legal loopholes, and injustices they exploit for female clients. These individuals have built careers on a corrupt and systemically biased system and are likely aware of this but would never dismantle their own vocation. The Friend of the Court agency is unlawful (Ref. Chevron overturn by the supreme court) and I can’t even begin to describe how that organization only cares about money. I’d proffer that my ex-wifes complaints to that illegal agency should have been given more weight, but it didn’t financial benefit them or the State of Michigan.

As a tech person, I will attempt to dismantle this rotting judicial system. Let me unequivocally state that I love my life and have no desire to harm myself (Like shooting myself in the back of my head 3 or 4 times; I would have done that back when I was struggling with addiction). I also caution anyone against attempting this. Although many threats of “you should have a lawyer look at that first” are what I believe, efforts to create security through obscurity and intimidation, I understand the significant risk of representing myself. The good news is that the courts have already taken much of what I hold dear, so most threats of loss are insignificant compared to the possibility of finding a healthier path for my children.

There is a chilling moment in the Netflix series “The Boys,” where the antagonist, Homelander declares, "Go ahead. Release it. Let's light this candle, huh? I mean, sure, I'll lose everything, but then, I'll have nothing to lose." This resonates with me in way too many uncomfortable ways. My children are being actively harmed by their mother’s mental illness and it is supported by a court system built for profiting of the backs of fathers like me, and I will not stop until they are safe.I resolve to go down with this ship. I have seen how the family arrangement proposed by a corrupt and biased family court system has directly harmed their, and my, mental health. Like a good father, I will jump in front of this train and die trying if necessary.
