If you don't know the girl yet, don't rush about the concert just do a small talk and build a conversation first to make things not weird for her.

Yes, it is. They don’t know anything about you and you don’t know anything about them. Why would they go out to a concert with a total rando and why would you want to take a rando girl to a concert? Just because she has a cute face?
