Family? Friends? Lawyer? I suggest you get some serious evidence first though. Best would be some video of her attacking you. If that seems a challenge, you could hire a private investigator to help you gather some evidence before you talk to anyone else.

I would well document the abuse. Send an email to yourself or to someone else else I can be called in court.

Just to be very clear, getting a DV order against a woman extremely difficult .

I would take pictures of any medications and see if you can get any diagnosis from doctors

Also consider going to see a counselor. But also know that counselors are mandatory reporters however most counselors are extreme feminist, and they don't believe that men can be abused anyway. The purpose the counselor is to document to call us a witness.

Also know that if she calls the police. It's mandated that police will take you from the house and arrest you. She can literally break the nail on her hand as she hits you and you lose.

If you're in a left-wing state, I will consider getting changing your gender to X. That way, if you ever had the police come and take her away, and you can get an actual order against her.

Also note to get a gender X drivers license for each state varies. They generally require signatures from doctors. I recommended it to a number of friends and it's literally saved them from DV orders and Divorce rape from either either marriage or a meretricious relationship (a new feminist term used for any guy that sleeps with a woman or a woman leaves a toothbrush in his house.
