The Indian Government replaces the legacy criminal justice system, removing the few existing legal safeguards for men, transgenders, and animals against s*xual violence.

India is going backwards when it comes to addressing legal safeguards for individuals other than women. Now it has removed the only laws it had for safety of men and transgenders, subtly treating them as equivalent to animals!

Even with the existence of those laws, the crimes against men, boys, transgenders weren't taken seriously, and the abusers were let off pretty easily. Now, with the removal of those laws, there's literally 0 deterrent against such crimes, enabling these abusers more.

It's extremely frustrating to see the increasing misandry in the Indian Judicial system. A few examples from this year -

I think this is response to the news reported almost every week about rapes in India committed by men but no one records or even takes seriously when women commit such acts against men and minors.

Indian companies allow their female employees to leave on time but the guys must stay back at least 2 hours on average.

6 months maternity leave but no paternity leave. Its a laughing matter apparently.

Even the arranged marriage websites are not spared. The girl's parents demand from the prospective grooms - a high paying job, own flat &, vehicle, investment proofs, and yes even demands on the guy's parents visiting their son.

Some may argue that these requirements are perfectly normal but I challenge them to think how is all of this possible when the guys are just 25-30 years of age? They won't even get a high package due to their age and limited work experience.
