First, it’s a good thing! I was in a pretty bad relationship where she was arrested 2 times for domestic violence against me. I went back cause I believe in marriage and working things out but in reality I know it was that i was scared and suffered for so long from this narcissist and abuser. I knew it was over when she threw a 3rd gen Alexa speaker at the side of my head. Idk I don’t really feel anything towards her anymore. No hate or anything but I just can’t put so much energy into hating someone. I let it go and wanted a divorce. Fast forward a few months. She’s currently fighting the DV case mentioned above. She had me served the decree. Lied about a lot on the financial affidavit and asked for child support while we agreed no child support. (In Florida BTW). I spoke to a lawyer and it’s gonna be $7500 retainer. Which my parents said they would pay because they don’t like my ex. I’m kind of scared and I don’t really know what to think. My birthday is the 21st and I have the kids this weekend so we’re going to have some fun. Thanks if you read till the end.
