Wow, it's almost like double standards are the secret ingredient in this recipe for injustice. Seriously though, addressing abuse against men is long overdue, globally and in India. Time for some equality laws to brew up!

Because though times have changed women want to hold on to being victims as laws favour them and do crimes as in technical definitions there are barely any grounds to give them conviction

Still to this day according to Indian laws a woman cannot rape a man

To quote “the amended provisions of Sections 375 IPC and 376 IPC, specifically states that the act of rape can only be done by a ‘man’ and not by “any woman”. yet still they were opposing gender neutral rape laws and conviction because they know their privilege will fade away if it happens and it’s the same level of western feminism they promote amplified while the laws aren’t gender neutral as in some of their countries at least on paper which makes the situation here worse

Even there laws are gynocentric but at least are there

It’s funny as article 14 clearly overrides it yet the feminists have no say to ammend the outdated laws but instead protests as they are over emotional and are so brainwashed that they would support anything pro women whether right or wrong

To add to the injury Section 86 defines what “cruelty” concisely means and It includes not just physical harm but also hurting a woman’s feelings and mental health

We already have cases where women can ruin lives of men with false rape cases and now with this false dowry cases would be as easy as ever

Pretty sure the judiciary gave each other a pat on the back for that sweet PR of being labelled “progressive” as per the western media controlled by feminists ruining lives of men universally
