Here are some things I do with my girlfriend:

When we watch a TV show, and someone says something that could be interpreted in a sexual way, I look at my girlfriend and rephrase it to mean that I want to do that sexual thing to her. Let's say a person on the show says "We have to do this really slow". I will then look at my girlfriend and say "I also like to do something really slow" and then wink in her direction. Just one example. You can use endless varieties of this as long as you get your head IN the gutter.
Whenever she walks by I slap her ass.
Whenever she bends over, I dry hump her from behind.
When I stand next to her I will sometimes grab her neck hair in a fist and close my fist slightly (like you might do during sex)
I will sometimes just compliment her ass or other body part.

Small things like this keeps the relationship spicy, especially when you have a girlfriend who has a responsive arousal style (meaning she responds positively to her guy initiating sexual behavior). Not all women have a responsive arousal style like this, so you can't necessarily use this with all women. You have to adjust based on your lady.
