I've been fighting in court over parenting time for 18 months with stbx, we have temp 50/50 223 for the entire 18 months, most recently she has been taking Ls in courtroom, and she has made an offer today to end this.

50/50 during the school year but crap schedule that makes no sense to me, right now I only have to see her on holidays so could go months without ever having to see her, now she wants exchange in person every week.

She gets

every Sunday Monday Tuesday

I get every Wednesday Thursday Friday

We alternate who get Saturdays

And she gets 5 more overnights then me in the summer.

AND her future address(she lives with her parents currently) will be the residential address which would add like 15 minutes to my commute everyday, which makes no sense since by this schedule I have majority time during the week why would our child go to school where she isn't living the majority of the week.

I think it's crap but, if this is the first offer is this something I can counter offer?
