I'm 28M, introverted but not shy, I can talk to people and girls with certain confidence in general, but when it come to atractive girls I feel I step back a little and it becomes difficult to flirt.

The thing is that in some times of my life I have been extremely confident and extroverted, to the point I'm even loud, funny, clever and flirty when it comes to talk to hot girls. I'm an atractive guy so whenever I feel and act this way like genuinely and don't forcing it, I can see girls fall easily for me and and influence people in general.

Those streaks of confidence could last a day or sometimes more, but it never last forever and I don't understand why, it always come a moment when I come back to my "normal" self (Which I don't want it to be the normal) and I become more thoughtful and quiet when talking or it becomes harder to talk fluent and just be smooth/ less logical, which of course don't help when atracting a woman, even if I try to force it the magic doesn't come out like when I really feel it.

My question is for those who has the same problem, how do you control this? Is this just how be introverted works and should I just accept it? or do I just have a mental disorder? I think is good to be quiet too because I'm a creative worker and love my time alone, but I would rather have control over it.
