Ask her. You will likely get rejected. Ask her anyway. There is a chance she will say yes. You won't know unless you ask.

Personally I beat myself up more for not asking. If I see a girl I like and I talk myself out of approaching her, I hate myself for that.

If I ask and get rejected, oh well, it's her loss. I feel so much better that I, at least, tried.

Dont ask, tell. Asking implies your working around her schedule. If its not for yoga your no longer on a professional relationship so she can comply to you.

Send a time & place that works for you. Worst she can say is no.
