I need you to be more specific. Those are two different answers. LMR is generally LAST MINUTE, while ASD can occur while you're trying to set up a date over text.

For ASD, i.e. "I'm not just going to fuck you," it's preventitive: don't acknowledge her fucking you. For instance, never invite a prospect to your home before meeting somewhere else. And when you do invite her over, either have a good reason, "that thing you want to see is at my place" or have a reason why you couldn't plausably fuck, like having a 3rd wheel that won't try to fuck her. There's exceptions to this. Those exceptions mean she's really turned on.

For LMR, i.e. "not on the first date" while she's on your bed, agree, de-escalate, and try again 15-20 minutes later. Agreeing to whatever bullshit she said is important because you don't want to set off more LMR, or ASD. "No means no, no, no, fuck it, let's do it."

Another method is to agree and amplify:

Shes clearly horny, but she stops you from unbottoning her pants "It's too soon"

"you're probably right. I want to get a 2nd date out of you."

"Omg that's what I was gonna say!"

"I mean, I'm down, but we can just lay here too. That's cool." And stop touching her completely. I've had many women 180° and jump on top of me after that.

just carry on until they give in, they want to give in but its part of their unwritten code to put up some ASD/LMR.

When she says something trying to derail sex just play it cool and say no problem when she makes an excuse. Keep kissing and escalating and it'll happen naturally. Don't force the issue and definitely don't act butthurt or it'll kill the vibe and make her defensive.
