This is what happens when your beliefs are entirely centered around what is or isn't legal. In the defendant's mind, it would be totally OK for an adult to have a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old even if the adult holds a serious position of trust over the teen.

Cases that had huge disparity when the acussed sexuality is taken into account should automatically hide the deffendant's sex until a veredict is given (The acussed attends remotelly on a nearby room and uses a voice changer everytime that person is needed). Only that way we can finally have equality.

It's because her offending was not only unwitting and instigated by the boy, but also at the lower end of these offenses.

There's no real victim, the boy himself is most concerned with how his actions affected her.
