Have your day planned like usual. If there's nothing in your plan apart from laying there on the beach looking at booties nothing much can happen either way don't expect magic. Just go about your way and use this interaction with this chick to get comfortable with meeting hot chicks on the beach normally. You're just not ready and will come off as needy and pushy. Why ruin you're own plan with false expectations? Have fun go about you're day and maybe ask her if she does this usually? Then maybe you guys can plan something with other friends someday. Maybe work on your game outside till that shit happens. I don't see it working honestly, at least how you probably want it to work, not trying to discourage you but you gotta have realistic expectations bro.

Maybe think of how better you can spend your time on the beach to make it count for you. If she sees value she'll tag along no harm in offering but you gotta have shit to do their. She's not your wife lut there with you to jus lay their getting her ass tanned. Getting it? Hope that helps.
