When I do cold approaches, or approach in bars I sometimes meet girls that show interest (ask about me, giggle, blush etc.)

Then when I go for a number close they don't want to give me their number, no problem

But then they say things like ,,maybe we'll meet eachother here again" and it kind of confuses me

I know when they don't want to give their number that she's probably not interested enough, but is there a reason to why some say things like that?
