Donna Simons, 67, who was charged with rape of an unconscious person, involuntary devious sexual intercourse of an unconscious person, sexual assault, simple assault and terroristc threats, was sentenced to serve a prison sentence of 8.5 to 17 years in state prison. She is ineligible early parole.

I think that the authorities need to start taking a hard look at her life, and her history in particular. Because you don't just do this on a spur-of-the-moment whim, and it's never a one-time thing either.
