Does a girl still like a boy even if the boy rejected him once

Hi guys, well let's say 2 years ago. I was in school and a classmates approach me and said I like and I like to go out with you. I was surprise by that nit knowing what to do. I suddenly said no und moved on. I think she saw that I was confuse and did it immediately. After we were good friends in the class nothing went wrong. But ony day I was kinda down. So I send him a message and let's say that was not a good message I immediately apologize saying I was not in good mood and somehow it happened. She understood it and forgave me. Afterthat our last year of high-school also went good with a good friendship where some time you can see that she do things for me and kinda like me. Known after the school we still have contact but it was likely mute. What I mean is our school changed so we didn't had much of talking. So today I got a call from him. Saying that she has start working in a company as a stater and they sell product and she want to talk to me or sell something to me. Known I am thing the whole like thing was only to have a contact with a boy so that when I need help in my work, i can just be nice with him and tell him to buy the product. I Mean we stopped talking for a while year. And then she call me say I have a product i want to sell let's talk. Pls help me and tell me if my thoughts or right or wrong and what should I do.
