So I started a new job. Hit it off with one of my coworkers right away. We spent the week flirting, touch escalation (work appropriate) and eye contact all the time. I asked her to grab a drink after work and she shot me down (not a direct decline but a kind of I'm tired answer). We flirted a bit more and then she changed up and fist bumped me, with distance in body language - more friendly than flirting all of a sudden. Anyone got any insight into this? I played it off like ok, whatever. Kept it light and playful, not upset or persistent after that.
