A friend of mine was served papers from his wife. She left at the beginning of summer. She is unstable and manipulating her lawyer into believing he's abusive. They guy is a good man. Always has been a good dad and husband. Provides for his family, barely drinks and doesn't do drugs. He's kind and level headed. The wife is a mess. She thrives on drama and conflict. She took the kids and they've been living a different friends couches all summer/fall. The kids have no stability and she is using them against each other to make him look bad. One kid is his, the other 3 belong to two different dads. The youngest of her three has only known him as a dad. The two oldest have a court agreement with their dad. Still she is trying to make him pay child support for them all as well as alimony. They've been married for 7 years. On top of this when he is able to finally see his daughter (she is keeping her from him), she uses anything he does with her to make the other kids jealous and hateful. He doesn't have a lot of money but not low enough to get help for free. He's a good man and he just wants things finalized and to see his kids (and hopefully the little boy he's always been a "dad" to). Looking for a lawyer in toledo/Defiance area that will put up a good fight for him and show the court what is really happening. Any advice is welcome.
