A quick-thinking Texas father heroically rescued his kidnapped teen daughter by tracking her cell phone shortly after she was snatched by knife-wielding maniac on Christmas day, authorities said.
The resourceful dad immediately alerted police and accessed the parental controls on his 15-year-old’s cell phone when the teen failed to return home after taking her dog out for a walk around 4:50 p.m. in Porter, about 25 miles north of Houston, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
Using the youngster’s location, the father miraculously found her and the dog inside a maroon-colored pickup truck with a “partially nude” man in a secluded, partially wooded area nearly two miles away.
