Rough timeline

September 2024 I told my wife I wanted a divorce

October 2024 she had me falsely arrested for DV

March 2025 I beat the case

March 2025 I officially filed for divorce

September 2025 I was allowed (by the court) to see my son again for the first time since my arrest.

I have just been doing the next thing I’m told to do by legal counsel for a year and a half. But now the GAL hired to represent my son wants me to sign forms allowing my soon to be ex wife to access my medical records.

The justification is because my ex has “mental health concerns” about me. The wording is super vague and references “the mother’s comfort with the situation”.

This just doesn’t sit right with me, I want to have a relationship with my son; but I do not want her to have any kind of access to or say in my medical/personal life.
