Disclaimer: this post is about personal experience. I am a man, and I love women and men. When I was 18 I was beaten by a group of women, I have also been beaten up by men. I know that misandry and misogyny both exist. It deeply upsets me when feminists on YouTube say that women don't hate men, but that they should (there is a video with a title like that). I have been sexually assaulted by men and women. When I was working at a drive in restaurant a woman grabbed my balls and squeezed them and it hurt a lot.

I am very glad this subreddit exists, it is an outpost of truth in an internet of falsehood. The women who attacked me did so because I was being falsely accused by another woman. I have issues remembering these events, I know that what happened to me was not okay. I believe a Kiwi farms thread about me existed at the time in which I was falsely accused of many things. The thread was removed, but I wish I had evidence that it ever existed.

Misandry definitely exists, women are just as capable of doing evil things as men. It feels like trying to prove that people are assumed as being good because of their gender, and it bothers me a lot. Gender equality means treating both women and men as equals. The majority of the Internet does not understand sexual violence against men, rape of men, violence against boys, etc. I love women and men, and I wish people could look past their ideology, men and women both and see that just because Feminism calls out violence against women, which is very real, but could also call out violence against men. It's like wearing only one glove to protect yourself from the cold. It's like thinking you only need one side of your body to be clothed. You can't only care about one half of the human race and pretend you are a humanist. I say this to call out the hypocrisy of influential people.
