Early 20s college student just started bartending at a new restaurant. Usually just me and 1 or 2 other servers working at night so I've been flirting with this girl for about 2 weeks before I get her number and invite her over (she's not 21 yet so can't go out). We hang out for a bit at my place then we start to make out which leads to sex. Afterwards she says she couldn't tell if I liked her or was annoyed by her at work and was surprised but stoked about what just happened and was saying how attractive I was and good in bed, etc.

I was hoping to make her into a plate and regular bang but I tried texting her the following week to hang out with no response and we still work together 2-3 times per week. A couple weeks have gone by and still casual flirting at work but nothing else. I don't understand why this didn't work.
