Literally any standard or boundary a man has, whether it be not wanting a girl who is fat, has a high body count, has daddy issues, has a lot of guy friends and whatever are almost always considered as insecure and it’s rlly stupid.
There’s this dating show called the updating show that maybe some of y’all have prob heard of, but basically it’s a live dating show where a guy and girl go on a blind date in front of crowd and from a lot of the episodes I’ve seen, almost every single time a man gives his honest preference, he’s immediately booed, but when a girl says those EXACT same preferences, she’s called a queen and knows her worth by everyone, which is honestly fucking stupid and I think rlly shows how men’s preferences are always going to be seen as ways to control women cuz ofc we’re all evil according to feminists.
And honestly, I think this is kind of the reason y dating is hardy than it should be becuz men are too afraid to say their exact preference out of fear of being called insecure, so they end up in relationships where they know they aren’t attracted to the other. I think preferences should be allowed no matter the gender and if a guy prefers a girl who doesn’t have a high body count, then guess what, he should be allowed to have those preferences just like how a woman wants a tall guy. They cant explain why they even want one, but hey it’s all g becuz they’re a queen right? Anyways I stand my case and hope preferences can be preferences again
