Best cities in the US (Or World) to get in cold approach practice?

I am currently living in Florida. I am planning to move to either Miami or Las Vegas and dedicate the next 1-5 years of my life to cold approach and game (32 years old).

Which cities in the world are the best for cold approaching? I am leaning las vegas due to the high foot traffic volume on the strip, constant tourists, and attractive locals.

I think the tourists part with high foot traffic is vital for someone initially getting over approach anxiety (lets say first 1k approaches).

What are peoples thoughts on best cities?

Note - Id consider NYC, but I may end up quitting my job to dedicate time to this (am worth about 1 million dollars). I can easily live off investments in Miami and Vegas, NYC would be tougher and thus why I didnt consider it
