Fems at it again with "diversification in tech"

I work in tech (mechanical engineer working in R&D) and quite honestly the speakers at tech conferences are the people who are either 1. corporate shot callers or 2. the people who are truly on the cutting edge of innovation. Most women in tech just are not at that level. Not to say they do not exist, but to be truly brilliant at the level of a top tier tech developer takes time and commitment that many women are not willing to give.

I see lots of complaining after forty hours, lots of requests for additional benefits and accommodation and lots of time spent peacocking for attention or promotion but very rarely do I see innovative design and even rarer are female contributions to the rigorous back work of doing boring mathematical calculations, fact checking and materials selection. At the end of the day they want to sit at their computer and make my hard work look pretty, which is a valuable task in itself but a top tier innovator it does not make.
