You're going to get a mixed bag of responses on here, because everyone's approach is different. Personally, I use coffee in the park dates for the first to vet them, build attraction. Personally, I don't like fucking on the first date, because my performance is better once I know someone and they built up their comfort to in my as well, but as I've learned in the past, if you miss the window you never get it back so I always try. Second date is always dinner at my spot, have them bring over wine and I bbq and I always close on the second date.

That being said, tell your roommates to get the fuck out of dodge for an hour. That way you can cook, eat and if they come home you can move it to your bedroom to watch a movie and not be disturbed by them. If you've built up attraction, you can also say that you're needing a change of scenery and do it at her place. Third dates are crucial because if you don't close, you run the high risk of becoming friendzoned. Be a little assertive, if you can get your spot to yourself do that. If not, go over to her house.

I'd go with your second option. If she said no to coming over after the second date then she might find another excuse for not coming over. Just go out with her for an hour, kino hard to make her really horny and just go back to your place.

3rd date

1: Dinner date at my place. Ask her to invest by bringing wine / a side. Only issue is I have roommates. I can ask if they can fuck off for a night but idk if they will.

2: Bar near my place - even though the first two dates have been at bars. And then after the bar we could go to this lookout point to watch the stars and then back to my place.
