What’s up guys? I’ve been seeing this plate for about two months now and doing my best to vet her properly. So far she has great potential to be promoted to LTR, though I am still being very careful.

Since being exposed to TRP I haven’t met a girl who had this potential until now, so I’m a bit unsure as to how to approach promoting a girl to LTR and I want to be prepared for the task if the time comes. I’ve read a few posts on the sidebar and the main sub about LTRs but none of them are explicit in how to actually execute the promotion.

My main question is: do I wait for her to ask the “what are we?” question? Or do I initiate that conversation?

The way I see it, if she asks “what are we?” and we go from there, then the relationship starts in her frame, whereas if I initiate it then it’s coming from my frame. The other side of the coin is if I initiate the conversation then I’m divulging my feelings about her thus giving up frame. Additionally, there’s always the possibility that I’m misreading her actions and that really I’m just her plate, though I don’t believe that’s the case.

This part is really tricky and I want to make sure if I get to that point that I handle it properly.
