Wrote a little pnuemonic to help remember how to approach. I always seem to forget at least one aspect, even if I've worked on it before.

Tall, proud; Low, loud Slow the mouth Hold it down.

Aka

Stand up straight and feel confident Use a loud, low voice Don't speak too quickly Hold eye contact
