Recently an endocrinologist I know suggested to me I start taking a powdered supplement made from bovine colostrum. Its something they subscribe to children who test low for HGH, but not quite low enough to necessitate daily injections. It boosts their natural HGH production he said as much as 50% or more.
The stuff is not cheap - a small tub of it is $250 - which is almost an endless supply considering you're only supposed to take a tablespoon nightly a few hours before bed so it metabolizes and is ready when the body produces HGH during sleep.
I've been taking it nightly for about six weeks. I'm sleeping more soundly at night than I have in a very long while. I'm also more energetic and I've lost 10 pounds without really changing my diet and workout.
Also, I've noticed that 15 or so mins after I take it (usually mix it in real well with a short glass of milk and guzzle it down) I get an unusual type of energy burst that's not like caffeine and doesn't prevent me from sleeping.
Dr friend says likely my HGH levels are naturally elevated, not like the injections or anything, but enough to where I'm noticing it.
Has anyone heard of this? Have I stumbled upon some cool shit or am I imagining things? I actually feel younger - like this shit works.
