here's what I submitted:

"Please make some critical changes to your rape survey methodology. Please stop kowtowing to feminist ideologues who have an ax to grind regarding reporting of sexual assault/rape statistics. Here are my recommendations:

Include women raping men through normal intercourse, in other words, forced envelopment of the penis by the vagina. Many men are raped this way, but it is not counted as rape.
Design better questions that don't unjustifiably boost the rate of rape to make the numbers artificially worse than they are. Just because a woman had a drink or two (or smoked a joint) and then had sex, doesn't make it rape. Why not simply ask: "have you ever been raped?""

Current issues I found:

Classifying "made-to-penetrate" as a form of rape
utilizing consistent wording and consistent definitions
e.g. Looking at them, on page 37, the three questions with regards to alcohol- or drug-facilitated penetration included the phrases “had vaginal sex with you,” “made you perform/receive anal sex,” or “made you perform/receive oral sex.” What is shocking is that the category for vaginal sex uses the word “had,” whereas the categories for oral and anal sex (which men could also answer to) use the word “made.” Obviously, this discrepancy created a significant increase for the rape rate for women.
also "attempted rape" is classified as a form of rape.

It would be better to start a letter campaign to other people to humiliate the CDC as rape apologists -- which is what they are. To humiliate them for deliberately falsifying their data -- which is what they are doing. And as feminist bigots who are illegally discriminating on the basis of sex.
