Thanks to TRP, I was able to understand what's really good for me (lifting, eating healthy, going to bed early and working) and what's not (video games, watching porn for 4 hours in a row, staying awake until 4 am...).
It's huge because my point of view on things completely changed. For instance, I used to hate work. Now I love it because I realized I enjoy doing work and it's beneficial for me. Another example is video games. I always knew it was detrimental to me in the long term but I realized it isn't that fun in the short term either.
Anyway, I now have a roadmap to follow. However, I have a really, really hard time changing the way I've been living for all my life. For instance I will go to bet early, work out, cook healthy meals, avoid the computer and get a lot of work done for 2 days and then go back to my former way of living.
I have little control, my habbits are so ingrained that it's very easy to slip...Do you have any advices?
