Here is a rule for you noobs - when a girl is interested in you, you will have absolutely no doubt.

When you're unsure, it means she's not interested and you should move on.

Like the rest says, her interest isn’t that high. Try to send your message and if she declines or flakes, ghost her forever.

Also if she’s like that for a first meeting she’ll always be like that. Keep her as a booty call. Like when you are lonely text her to meet on the spot, not worth making plans.

Go with "Ok hmu", or "I'll pick you up at 9". Honestly, I won't reply, her interest is not that high.

Another thing, don't ask her, tell her, lead so she doesn't comes up with grey area answers, but plain fuck yea or no. When you'll get some experience, you'll see that when the bitch is interested, she'll make it easy for you.

Say nothing and hard next her. She’s most likely not interested. Or she might be playing games and in this case you’re better off dropping her entirely because she’s not worth it.
