Part exaggerated and part truth. But you know how the rule goes, anything that's a lie mixed in with the truth, sounds like the truth. So Rkelly fucked himself for even having anything sensitive as fucking younger women (16 and 17) be proven the truth because now anything after that fact becomes the emotional truth.
