My LTR has been good but lately stuff started to wander. Less sex, a bit more bitchy etc.

Took some advice from reading stuff here and started applying some dread. More alone time, working out a lot more and hanging out with friends.

Main thing I started to do was talk to more girls/reach out to some old fuckbuddies. I keep all the conversations pretty PG with some extremely light flirting. Has gotten to the point where one of them is asking me out for drinks and sending me kissy face emojis (which I just deflect because I'm not gonna cheat on my LTR emotionally or physically one of my boundaries).

Obviously my LTR hates it but I tell her the girls are just my friends and that any emotions/sex we had were long in the past. She expresses how much she dislikes these girls but of course all of a sudden she's the most submissive I've seen her in a long time and were back to having crazy dirty sex.

So this dread obviously worked but how long do I keep this up for? Is this something I just do as an as-needed basis or should I always have a couple of girls in the background who are down to fuck? Should I cut em off once they start getting sexual like this with me?
