I have a love-hate relationship wit Victor Pride. He has a lot of good, motivating material that really pushes you to make something out yourself. At the same time he spouts some broscience here and there along with the "alpha men do this.." type stuff.

I was pleasantly surprised listening to a podcast he dropped recently. It touches on the alpha/beta dichotomy while also giving some good business advice. Take a look.
