He's not the only person in the world that can help you study and work with you on this material. There are millions of study resources (online, other students, teachers etc) - but there's only one man that you love and want to be in a relationship with.

If you've been reading and lurking for as long as you claim, then you already know the answer to your question.

Edit: You describe this other man in a highly inappropriate manner (glorifying his physical scars etc). Would you show your SO this post? Would you want him to see how you describe him and this other man?

/u/PhantomDream09 is right, would you show this to your SO? He must have seen how interacted with your tutor, and wasn't happy about it. You need to decide which is more important, your SO or your tutor.
