But please do not call it "date". You don't negotiate "dates" nowadays anymore.

If she is a rather shy girl then set something up in public. Usually never a bad idea regardless of the girl. I am personally not a fan of boring coffee meetings because it's hard for me to do something there. Hook up somewhere and walk around (with a plan or destination in mind obviously). Tease her and touch alot.

2nd date should be at your or her place. From there on it should be easy.

Kind of up to you. If you get those IOIs at first meet, why not set something up right there? If you don't want to come off as desperate, get a number. I usually wait 2 or 3 days to see what I got going on. If I got free time, I tell them.

"Hey, Friday night im going to x place at x time."

She'll show if shes interested. If not, next.
