I used to go out a lot and I noticed that blonde women were very flirty with darker skinned guys. Not just blacks but also Arabs, Indians, Latinos, and Asian men that looked good and handsome. Anytime you see a hot white woman with a guy that is not white, she is a blonde.

I did not notice this kind of behavior with brunettes and white women who were slightly more ethnic looking. If anything, I notice that the darker or more tanned a white woman looks, the more she is into paler guys and the more she hates black people and minorities.
