You can get a house for only 3.5 percent down, payment will be higher of course 20 percent down will mean you don’t have to get pmi(basically insurance in case you default on mortgage). Unless you’re mr.money bags or live in but fuck no where and going to buy a trailer you’ll probably need a mortgage to own a home.
