So, after a hiatus of nearly 20 years, I am getting back into cycling. Now, I recently got my hands on an old early to mid 90s Cannondale M700 but I want to upgrade.
With my price point of no more than 700 dollars, my best options seem to be the Trail series by Cannondale, a Trek Marlin, Diamondback's Overdrive, Fuji's Nevada or a Vitus Nucleus, and the Nucleus seems to be a better deal.
So, I am soliciting advice from my fellow brothers gone their own way, which one?
A few caveats, this will also be an urban commuter and errand runner and I'll be slapping a Bafang 750 watt kit on it. Rack mounts would be a plus.
Also, any reputable online dealers or websites?
