Had a very sheltered upbringing --

-- Got walked to school in middle school -- Took baths with my brother in middle school (yeah, I know) -- Couldn't leave my mom's sight and could only go to friends houses for 50 minutes and had to come home -- Got scolded for many stupid things growing up -- Grew with my dad scared of my mom and literally ran are childhood through "is mom happy" disregarding what we did (i.e. guys run to the window and wave to mom when we were in middle school

-- Much more

-- As a result -- developed OCD at a very young age -- Have had crippling anxiety for about 8 years -- Scared of girls -- Feeling judged a lot -- Not too confident speaking in some situations, often times people will say "what" because I am too quiet.

My question is what can I do? Things people do on a daily basis that are normal are often stressful for me. I still can't make phone calls very well despite still making them. I literally couldn't make phone calls until last month. Now I am just forcing myself to talk on the phone and it goes fine but I still have crippling anxiety before.

I ma in college now and I am trying to expose myself to situations, which I am but I have a massive amount of anxiety and stress every day.

Thanks for reading.
