I am building my plates at present. Met this girl a month ago and she is plate material. We've spent 3 nights together. I can tell she is looking to keep this going with the hope of it growing into something. I currently have another plate and am going on dates regularly.

Am I best to tell her now or best to wait until she brings up a conversation around it? If I keep up this volume of seeing her, 3 months down the track with no conversation about non-exclusivity would be trouble as she may assume a 'defacto' situation, and I CBF dealing with tears.
