I'm thinking about the way I carry myself in public, how I will attempt to make eye contact multiple times while walking by a girl, or checking a girl out more than once. Ideally, I would take action and approach when appropriate after one look, or move on with my life and keep focused on whatever I'm doing.

Other than being more aware of it, how have you stayed within your frame while still being open to IOIs and possible approach opportunities?
