I’ve been reading the book of pook and have got to the part where it says to think of yourself as the prize, and the perfect is boring chapter. I’m on holiday now staying in hostels so it’s a good time to practise.

I’m 5’8, lift and getting pretty lean now. I do another physical hobby as well.

Whenever I think about talking to a girl, I don’t know what to say. I find it hard to have fun so my interactions don’t go very well. Sometimes things go better as the conversations start with some observation about them, or I say something that hardly makes sense and it somehow works.

I went to a club today and found it awkward, as if I’m looking to find reciprocal interest. I really don’t know how some guys can just grab a girls hand and dance/immediately create a vibe with a girl. I don’t understand how they are having fun. Should I smile all the time? Or act aloof?

What does it sound like I need to improve/how do I change my mindset in order to truly be fun/act like the prize?

I’m writing this post because these things have been sticking points with me for quite a while. Do I just need to trust in Pook and keep going with this?
