I believe someday the earth will be smashed by a giant rock, or the sun will shoot us with a death ray, or the galactic core will throw one of its giant negadeath bubbles at us... and, by that time, we'll either be ready to survive it, or we won't.

And I happen to think we won't, because people are too vapid, dumb, and proud about it.

I'm working on this negative focus about people, but I've felt this way since I was a young kid and it shows on my face. So I've got a smirk, but it skips way past "I'm cooler than you" and into "you're all committing species suicide and this popcorn is not bad" territory.

If this 350ish page bulkatron of a pdf can help me escape that feedback loop, between muscle habit and mental habit, I'll be interested. Because I am aware of my part in the shit show that is that whole transaction, and I'm aware that I have to be the adult and fake it so other people won't be provoked to chafing in my shadow or whatever. Ha ha.

Bonus points if the thing that touches on this is not full of language that devalues other people, since, uh, I already do that too much, is the problem...
