I don't think there's anything wrong in wanting to fuck someone else when your LTR acts up (because such behaviour pushes you away from her) as long as there's no intention to fuck other girls to get back at your LTR for acting up.

If she misbehaves a lot, maybe you should consider breaking up with her and just spin plates. When you weight the pros and the cons, it might actually be better for you.

Now, if she doesn't talk to you for a few days, in order to show her real/fake abundance I'd really think if she's anything more than a fwb at best.

I usually try to avoid giving the "read sidebar" advice, but you really need to read the sidebar. You don't have any grasp on any of the theories taught here.
