You're your own enemy in these situations. It's all in your head man. You're psyching yourself out.

You need to learn to control your thoughts and stay focused on what you're doing.

I know this may sound cliche, but meditation has helped me a lot with this. That plus breathing exercises. Controlling your breath is a big part of staying calm and retaining focus.

Like I said, you're freaking yourself out. People are always judging you whether you notice it or not. You only care because they're women. Learn to control yourself. Focus on the task at hand.

Literally every human being feels the exact same tension that you described. There is always this one or more girls that “I swear to god eye fuck me and want me but I just am too busy/uninterested/unable cuz work/etc”.

I am not a SMV9+ myself and don’t know anyone who is but story of the day is there is always this girl who wants me but the entire universe is against this relationship so I don’t approach her and she doesn’t approach me (obviously cuz this isn’t a chick flick) hence nothing happens.

This is called living in an imaginary universe. All these thoughts are nice because they may increase your confidence but you need to act on them. Get out of your head and out of your house and go somewhere where you can actually approach women and escalate on them.
