Hit the gym if you feel small. And at the end of the day ryan gosling can come up to your girl or the worlds strongest body builder. No one is going to force your girl to go with them. It'll all be her choice.

Nothing you can do, besides be the best possible you and maintain frame.

Don't do anything. Don't give a fuck or say anything about it. If she leaves you for the AMOG she probably wasn't LTR material in the beginning. If she is worthy nothing will happen between her and the AMOG and will still be in your bed at the end of the day.
