There is really no question in your question. Which means that you don't fully understand what the problem is, only that you aren't happy.
I suggest thinking more about what your question really is.

The problem is I lack direction in life because my previous life goals in my blue pill days are no longer relevant. I was hoping people who have had similar situations in their life may offer insight as to what they did.
TRP's self-improvement strategies are supposed to be a means to an end, the end usually being to sleep with a woman. I don't have that as my highest priority, while at the same time not being sure what my priorities are.

Okay first off, what you are feeling is normal. Your whole worldview has changed, and you're kind of at a loss. This is going to be a process and it will take some time, most likely years, to find your way in the world.
However, in the end, only you can answer this question of what your priorities are.
There are 3 big pieces to this: * Where you live * What you do to earn money * What you do when you aren't working
I suggest dealing with the first one first. Are you living in a place where you enjoy living? If not, change that first. Then work on the other two.
A) I live in a suburb and it's where I've been for most of my (the parts I remember anyways) life. I am happy with where I live and consider it a good permanent residence.
B) I love my job. It's healthcare oriented and what I do is directly, or indirectly, responsible for improving the lives of other people. With that said, I do plan on moving on to other things later on life, although if those don't work out, I am still looking at a good pension that is more than enough to maintain my 'spartan' (the adjective, not noun) lifestyle.
C) When I'm not working, I talk with friends, we go out on weekends. During weekdays, I exercise (lightly, I'm not lifting as hard as TRP mandates I should), and I read non-fiction books (currently reading about how to invest my money).
At the moment, all my physical needs are met. This is more of a spiritual crisis, and can pretty much be summed up as a 'First World Problem'.

I find that there are two kinds of spiritual crises. Physical-spiritual, and Mental-spiritual.
I suggest trying the physical-spiritual route first. Men's bodies periodically need adventure and adrenaline to feel alive. Try some sort of challenging and scary physical activity. White-water rafting, rappelling, sky-diving, mixed-martial arts. Something like that.
Take rappelling, for example. I guarantee that when you hang off the edge of a vertical rock face, with nothing holding you but a rope, you will feel alive like never before.
Try one or two of those activities, then see how you feel. If you still feel unfulfilled, then try the mental-spiritual route. Yoga, meditation, tantra, etc.
