Talk to her like she's a person make jokes , tell a funny story, tease her, ask her questions that are flirty and fun . I would take a step back from PUA strategies , sure they help you get the girl but they won't help you keep her interest for long .

Try to make an actual real connection where you actually want to get to know stuff about her and actually might have something in common worth talking about.

It's a skill, it's an art and it can't be scripted. When it isn't scripted, feels completely natural, you have interests in common or have in common that you both want to know more about each other, that's when things will go well.

Just make conversation so you ask things but not like an interrogator and you answer things but not like it's an interview but instead like a Fight-Club-ish single-serving friend with the option for more, if the option turns out to keep looking like a good one to both of you.

And of course in a way that's welcome and not blatant sexual assault do escalate touching, showing attraction - don't act or look uninterested or scared due to being shy or anything - being relaxed and her too and maybe you'll get laid for the end of the date.
